Day 1
Arrival into Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires is the capital of Argentina and the most fashionable city in South America, with many beautiful buildings, parks and plazas. On arrival you will be met by one of our representatives and be privately transferred (with English speaking guide) to your city hotel for four nights. Tonight you may wish to dine at one of the most traditional Argentine style BBQ restaurants for dinner. We have plenty of suggestions for you on some of the best restaurants in town.

Day 2
Buenos Aires – City Tour & Tango Show

This morning you will be taken on a shared city tour taking in the Government House (where Eva Peron sang from the balcony), City Hall, the House of Congress, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the world famous Colon Theatre, Avenue 9th July (the widest street in the world) and the historic La Boca District. Enjoy your afternoon at leisure. Tonight you will be taken to dinner and a show at the city’s superior Tango Cabaret. (BD)

Buenos Aires

Day 4
Buenos Aires - Gaucho Ranch

This morning you will be taken by road on a shared tour out of the city into the fertile farming land (The Pampas) that surround Buenos Aires. You will visit a local town and discover some Argentine traditions before continuing to a traditional Estancia (cattle ranch). You will have the option of going for a light horse ride through part of the property which is led by one of the Gauchos or may prefer a horse and carriage ride. You will then enjoy an Asado (typical Argentine BBQ), followed by a demonstration of the gaucho horse taming skills. Return to your hotel this evening. (BL)

Day 5
Buenos Aires / Iguassu Falls – Argentine Side

This morning you will be privately transferred to the airport (with English speaking guide) for your flight to Iguassu Falls, considered by many as the most impressive in the world and surpassing in grandeur both Niagara and Victoria. Some 275 separate cascades fall in a wild array of spray over a winding three kilometre cliff frontage into a gorge sixty metres deep. One of the most spectacular of the falls is aptly named “The Devil’s Throat”! You will be met from your flight and taken on a private extensive tour of the Argentine Falls before being taken to your well located hotel for two nights. (B)

Day 6
Iguassu Falls – Brazilian Side

You will be collected this morning from the hotel lobby and taken on a shared tour across the border to Brazil where you will be taken on an amazing walk along the Brazilian side of the falls. You will walk on specially built gantry’s that take you over the water to the very edge of this natural wonder of the world. You will then be taken on an informative drive through the tropical rainforest to the river where you will board your powerful boat for an incredibly spectacular ride up the Iguassu River to the base of the falls. Day 7
Iguassu Falls / Buenos Aires or Onward Flight

This morning is at leisure. There may be the option to take a flight over the falls or visit an impressive bird park. This afternoon you will be privately transferred to the airport for flight back to Buenos Aires or chosen onward flight. (B)
